Yes.

A deeply lowered truck can require even more work because the wheel must clear the body not only at normal ride height but throughout suspension travel.

26×9 Front / 26×10 Rear

For a custom build, a 26×9 front with 26×10 rear is generally more logical than using an aggressive 26×10 reverse wheel on all four corners.

The narrower front preserves additional steering room.

The 26×10 rear can then provide the deep lip and wide stance customers normally want from a 26-inch build.


What Is the Biggest Wheel You Can Put on a Chevy C10?

There are two answers.

Biggest Practical Street Wheel

For a truck that will actually be driven regularly, 22 to 24 inches is generally the practical upper range.

Twenty-two inches offers the best balance of large-wheel appearance, tire availability, suspension clearance and drivability.

Twenty-four inches can still be very streetable when the tire, width and offset are carefully selected.

Biggest Custom Wheel

Twenty-six-inch wheels are completely possible when the truck is specifically built around them.

Twenty-eight-inch and even larger wheels can also be fabricated into extreme custom trucks, but at that point there is no meaningful “bolt-on fitment.”

The suspension, ride height, body and wheel tubs become part of the build.

For this reason, we would not recommend marketing 28-inch wheels as normal C10 or OBS fitment.

They are full-custom show-truck territory.


Standard vs. Reverse Offset on a Chevy C10

Understanding this difference is especially important with wire wheels.

Standard Wire Wheels

A standard wire wheel generally positions the wheel more conservatively relative to the vehicle.

This usually makes standard fitment the better starting point for:

Reverse Wire Wheels

Again, wheel diameter by itself is not the deciding factor.

A 275/25R24 remains under approximately 30 inches overall, making vertical clearance much more manageable than many people expect.

Width and offset become the bigger concerns.

26-Inch OBS Setup

Twenty-six-inch OBS builds should be considered custom.

A 275/25R26 is approximately 31.4 inches tall.

What About OBS K1500 4WD Trucks?

Do not order a wheel for a C1500 2WD and assume it will fit a K1500.
