Please review these Terms prior to purchasing any product and/or services that are available through this Site and your continued use of this Site confirms your acceptance of and agreement to such changes; these Terms contain very important information regarding your rights and obligations, conditions, limitation, and exclusions so please read completely. These Terms apply generally to the use of our Site and you may not order and/ or obtain products and/or services if you (a) do not agree to these terms, (b) are not of legal age for entering into a binding contract, and/or (c) legally prohibited for any reason to receive products and/or services from us. Order Acceptance / Cancellation:
In case of an error in pricing or item description, we have the right to correct such errors and revise your order accordingly. We may also cancel the order and refund any amount paid by you if a product is mistakenly priced or described insignificantly. You agree that all products “purchased by you” are for personal use only and not for resale.
Products, prices, and availability are subject to change without prior notice. Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed. If you wish to add more items, you will need to place a new order. If we cancel your order or are unable to provide the products you have ordered, we will not be held liable for any loss or damage direct or indirect arising out of such cancellation or failure to deliver the product. Delivery dates are estimated and we make no guarantee regarding delivery time.

Please understand that once an order has been placed, we are unable to guarantee a cancellation prior to shipment. If the order does not meet our cancellation requirements, 10% cancellation fee is applied. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding this matter. Custom Whitewall Tire Policy:
Due to the handmade nature of our custom whitewall tires, all sales are final. No returns or refunds will be accepted unless due to confirmed installation-related defects. Fitment is not guaranteed unless pre-approved. Full details can be found in our Return & Refund Policy page.
Online Prices and Payment Terms:
Posted discounts and promotions do not apply to prior purchases, and discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly mentioned otherwise. Sometimes there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on this site is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). We cannot confirm the price of an item until after your order is placed. Pricing errors may occur on the site. If the correct price of an item is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. If we change the price of an item, the new price applies as soon as it is updated on our site. All currencies are stated and paid in US Dollars unless otherwise specified. International currency rates fluctuate and the exchange rate that you pay will be determined on the date of your payment. Charges for shipping, handling, and taxes are in addition to the stated product price. Items in your Shopping Cart will always reflect the most recent price displayed on the item’s product detail page. This price may differ from the price shown for the item when you first placed it in your cart. Placing an item in your cart does not reserve the price shown at that time. It is also possible that an item’s price may decrease between the time you place it in your cart and the time you purchase it. We deal directly with manufacturers, which is why we are able to provide you with competitive prices. However, while we work hard to make sure all prices are accurate, we are not responsible for errors or discrepancies. Our customer service is always ready to provide the most current information. Not all wheels are plug and play. Some wheels may require additional parts like hub rings, lug nuts, or spacers. It varies depending on the vehicle model, year, and modifications. Fitment information provided on our website is for reference only, and we do not guarantee a direct fit unless specified. If you’re looking for a specific wheel and couldn’t find it on our website, you’re welcome to contact our customer service. We have access to many more wheels that are not displayed on our website and we’re more than happy to help you find the best wheels for your vehicle. By placing an order, you are acknowledging these potential variables and agree to the stipulations set forth by our company. Fraud Prevention:

Shipping and Delivery:
Our delivery times vary and will be indicated during the order process. We aim to dispatch all orders within the stipulated time frame, provided the product(s) you have ordered are in stock and there are no issues with payment verification. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays. While we will use all reasonable efforts to meet any delivery dates specified, we cannot guarantee delivery by the estimated date due to factors that may be beyond our control. Once your order has been shipped, we will notify you via email. The email will provide you with the tracking number and the courier company’s information for you to keep a track of your order. A valid tracking number will be shared upon shipment of your order, If you refuse a package at delivery or refuse to pay import fees, your order will be returned to NinjaTire and additional return fees plus the original shipping fee will be taken from your refund. If the return fees and original shipping fee exceed the amount of the order, no refund will be given.
Our responsibility for damage or loss of the product ends once the shipment leaves our warehouse. Once the products have been shipped, it is your responsibility to claim any damages or loss with your respective shipping company.
Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Your order is only deemed accepted by us upon shipment.
The risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason at any time. Despite our best efforts, a small number of items in our catalog may be marked at the wrong price.
If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective or incorrect, please follow the process below for help:

Manufacturer’s Warranty and Disclaimers:

Any products or services that are returned must be in the condition they were received in. The cost of return shipping will be your responsibility unless the product was received defective or damaged. Please be careful when using your vehicle outfitted with wire wheels. NinjaTire is not liable for any harm or damage caused by potholes, speed bumps, rough terrain, or any other unexpected situation.
In the event of any doubt about the use of wire wheels, please consult with a professional or your vehicle manufacturer.
Please note that while wire wheels certainly add to the aesthetic appeal of a vehicle, they may directly or indirectly impact the performance and safety of the vehicle. With this in mind, please make sure you fully understand the implications before purchasing.
